What prospective students want to know.
M-TRAM may be a strong fit if you want to translate scientific discoveries and clinical applications into practical solutions that improve and save lives. The program is designed for students and professionals who want to extend their knowledge, build meaningful connections, and gain essential tools for a career in translational medicine.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or international equivalent, a CV/resume outlining previous clinical and/or basic research experience, transcripts, three letters of reference, a statement of purpose, and any required English proficiency documentation. GRE scores are not required.
M-TRAM is a full-time one-year master’s program. Students should expect a structured academic experience that includes classroom learning, research or clinical exposure, translational project work, and capstone-related commitments.
M-TRAM brings together students from varied backgrounds, including physicians, researchers, biotech and pharmaceutical professionals, medical and graduate students, business and legal professionals, and recent graduates planning careers in medicine, science, or industry.
Yes. M-TRAM coursework is designed to offer flexibility for students who work part-time while enrolled, especially when their work aligns with translational medicine or their capstone goals. Students with unrelated outside work should carefully consider the time commitment required by the program.
M-TRAM is a self-funded program. Students may explore loans, external scholarships, governmental support, or other funding resources to help support their studies.
